A little late but hope this will help someone

I went to doc to see why I was so tired all the time no energy, results: low thyroid. Now am drinking green clay,
taking super thyro K & super kelp. Also have a heel spur (and I am not a cowboy though they only had them)
so am taking CALM magnesium and coral calcium and pain is drifting away

AUSPOT !! In rapid city we are on mountain time, one hour earlier than central. When I go to Arizona they are an hour earlier, pacific time. I'm positive as my car clock is always an hour ahead when I am traveling around Wickenburg AZ., and I have to check my cell phone for correct time in AZ.
