I'm a new member to GPAA and my wife and I enjoy gold panning. We been to Lynx Creek, but like to find a closer place to go. We are staying in Surprise. Calamity #9 in the GPAA book looks promising, but the book doesn't give directions or coordinates. Any help would be appreciated.

We also own an all wheel drive Highlander with low clearance and wonder if this would be capable to get to the claim.

We also are thinking of go to Soldier Boy and Double JJ. Any information on these two claims would be appreciated.

Take your own water to SB/JJ as it's dry unless we get some winter.....which we haven't got much this year. Good gold there and at Lynx. Dennis

Thnaks Dennis, I'll probably just take samples at SB/JJ and check them at home.
