I came across a recipe for beans from a website called "Arizona Prospector" or something like that. I substituted the Rattlesnake meat for Chicken. Cuz everthang taste like chicken. Anyway I made it today with some yellow corn bread and it was damn tasty. I will attempt to supply you all with the link. Some pretty good reading also. Plenty of leftover's as well.
