I will be in town that weekend. Anyone else gonna be around?

You and about 4,000,000 other people that go there for the 4th and rodeo. It's a zoo around Prescott that weekend. Dang hard to find a place to camp within 30 miles of town and forget finding a hotel room without prior reservations. I haven't been there on the 4th since I was a kid. It always was the place to be in Az. for all the festivities. Back in those days it was when the monsoons would get started making for a seriously muddy rodeo. Of course whiskey row becomes a major party attraction as well. No shortage of festivities and events, just dang hard to get around town. Have fun. Dennis

Thanks for the info Dennis. I will be staying with friends outside of town, so hopefully won't run into too many people.

And of course a guy can't be in that area without sharing a couple of cold ones with Bunk.

Also some time in Strawberry with John and Jane Boyles.
